Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Changes to the Welsh Government peat policy introduced in September 2020 led to a decision to carry out a large scale peat survey on the Welsh Government Woodland Estate (WGWE). The peat survey needs to be completed before the FRP as it has implications for the design of the forest. This work needs to be completed before FY 2020-21 year-end.
