Boiler Replacement Works at National Museum Cardiff

Description of the goods or services required

Replacement of 1no. boiler at the National Museum Cardiff, Cathays Park.

The Contractor will be responsible for assessing the costs and all associated risks (if applicable).

The contractor is required to fully review the Tender Documents, and to submit a full tender offer to include costs and programme in line with the form of tender.

The removing and replacing an existing redundant boiler with a new efficient gas fired boiler, providing a new flue to roof level, removing the existing gas boosters and converting the gas distribution system in the boiler house to a low-pressure system. In addition, the LTHW system again within the boiler is to be altered to provide a primary circuit, low loss header and reconnect to the existing main distribution system. New controls and alterations to existing to allow system to operate as

designed and in an efficient manner.
