Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) invites you to submit a Tender for the Demolition of Bridgend Police Station
BCBC intends appointing a Lead Contractor to fully undertake and assume full responsibility for the delivery of the Contract, in close liaison with the Authority’s Appointed Person(s).
Brief description: The demolition of the 5-storey concrete framed Bridgend Police Station building and associated external hardstanding in accordance with the works information document.
Contract Terms and Conditions: NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (April 2013) (the “NEC”), Option A. See the Supplementary Contract Conditions applicable to all Bridgend County Borough Council Contracts, separate published document.
