Abstract

An award has been made by Neath Port talbot Council to procure a consultant/ consultancy to conduct an assessment for the potential creation of ‘Living Pillars’ in the Taibach area of Port Talbot and deliver a feasibility study including designs and concepts and we are therefore inviting for quotations. This project will inform the future potential to deliver an innovative example of green infrastructure to help improve the visual and environmental impact highways infrastructures have on the area. The aim is to deliver an end product which fulfills multiple functions and delivers multiple benefits. The successful consultant/ consultancy will deliver a Living Pillars feasibility study over the period of December 2022 - March 2023.
