Purpose and Summary of Document: To provide agencies with a brief on the requirements of Swansea Bay University Health Board (SBUHB) for mapping of healthy weight systems across the area (Neath Port Talbot & Swansea), to assist with implementation of the Healthy Weight: Healthy Wales strategy.
