Additional Information
The contract will only cover the communal areas of the building and site and will not cover any of the Tenanted areas. Each Tenant has their own arrangements in place.
The contract must provide cleaning services, which consists of daily cleaning of communal areas, eg. Atrium, stairs and landings, washrooms, lift floors, etc. (Monday - Friday, exc. Public Holidays). Waste management which consists of management of waste collection services, eg. Veolia, Biffa, etc. and removal of waste from external bins. Finally, the contractor will be responsible for grounds maintenance, and this consists of 6-monthly hedge pruning, 4-monthly weed spray application and 2-weekly grass cutting (seasonal 1st April – 31st October). Other responsibilities the supplier will need to take on is planned preventative maintenance, 24/7/365 days per year emergency/urgent reactive maintenance, fire management support and other support as detailed in the attached annexe.
