Abstract
The Council is looking to appoint a provider to deliver, manage, and administer a consultation package involving residents over the next 2 years (with option for a 1 year extension period).
The outcomes of the package should allow the Council to:
- Track its reputation over time
- Gauge customer satisfaction levels
- Gather representative views of residents
- Provide regular engagement opportunities with Swansea Residents
We invite providers to submit bids outlining the approach they would take in delivering an engagement programme for the Council over the next 2 years
