Abstract

Tai Calon is seeking experienced and qualified contractors to undertake emergency and planned boiler and/or central heating upgrades / replacements within its existing property stock. Tai Calon has recently under gone its main WHQS gas upgrade programme and therefore this tender is for heating upgrades that have fallen outside of this programme and for emergency boiler and/or central heating upgrades/replacements.

17/02/2016 10:33	TUPE Information As per section 1.15 of the ITT document, TUPE information will be distributed to all Potential Providers who express an interest in this tender on receipt of a completed and signed acknowledgement restricting disclosure of the information supplied. This is available in Appendix 5.
19/02/2016 14:01	Section 1.7.1 The Community Benefits Tables (Section 8B) of the ITT forms part of the Contractors Proposal section and needs to be completed and returned along with the other information listed in 1.7.1. There is no requirement to complete the risk register (appendix 6) as pert of the tender submission, at this stage this is for information.
