Abstract
The main objective of this contract is to appoint a provider of commercial removal and relocation services. The project is to carry three aspects of the of the relocation project:
•The removal of the Commission’s specialist archive holdings from archive stores in its current premises in Crown Building, Plas Crug, Aberystwyth.
•The safe vehicular carriage of said items to the National Library, Aberystwyth
•The replacement of items to the Commission’s new archive store facility to the agreed schedule of archive locations.
In relation to this contract, the Contractor may be expected to:
•Provide removal insurance;
•Pack, move and unpack the contents of the Archive schedule.
•Move furniture;
•Provide post move support;

Description of the goods or services required
