Re-roofing works at Marshfield Primary School

Description of the goods or services required

To carry out built up flat roofing works to low rise school building to include warm roof construction and associated works to upstands, fascia's and replacement roof lights. Using an Alumasc specification or similar approved specification the total area is aprox 1065 m2

The budget cost for all the works is estimated at 200k and the works is required to be completed in six weeks from commencement

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required

The Alumasc system specified can only be installed by registered contractors whose managers and operatives undergo a strict training programme in the use of the products. Only Contractors who possess this registration or have equally and approved registration from another recognised product / material supplier (who will need to specify the works)will be considered for this project.

Also, we require a built up warm roofing system and will not consider a single coat membrane system or Liquid Applied system
