Abstract
Welsh Government on behalf of Welsh Ministers is looking to undertake a data collection exercise across the 14 towns who have received Vibrant and Viable Places funding.
Vibrant and Viable Places (VVP) is the flagship regeneration programme across Wales. The Welsh Government wishes to see that its investments are realised in strong benefits for the communities and town centres targeted. The evaluation will have several strands, including local evaluation, and town centre benchmarking is an important part of the evaluation programme. The handbook, developed in partnership with PPP last year, will make the evidence gathering as straightforward and consistent as possible.
