Total quantity or scope of tender

The consultation portal should include the following features:

• The platform would be hosted through a secure cloud and link directly to the existing Commission website.

• Commission branding, look and feel.

• The Commission is a member of the Public Service Mapping Agreement (PSMA) through which it licences a wide range of Ordnance Survey digital map datasets. The consultation portal should make the full range of PSMA datasets visible to support its use.

• Links to relevant guidance and background documentation with a ‘Help’ tab linking to FAQ/Publications page.

• Functionality for users to search for electoral reviews pertaining to their council area through a drop down box or postcode search.

• Users should be able to view the Commission’s proposals

• A comment box should be available, during specified periods, where comments can be typed and documents (Word, Excel, CSV, PDF) uploaded and emailed directly to the Commission’s corporate mailbox.

• Should provide bi-lingual functionality (separate English and Welsh ‘front facing; portals with the data collated for the Commission).

• The Portal should have functionality to be viewed on tablet devices.
