Abstract

The 4-year NEC3 contract, from 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2022 consists of quarterly, bi-annual and annual visits to carry out Legionella Monitoring Requirements of Hot and Cold Water Systems In non-domestic properties at various properties of All work and procedures shall be strictly in accordance with the‘Approved Code of Practice & Guidance L8’The county of Conwy covers a total of 1,126 sq km covering coastal and rural areas. Conwy County Borough Council properties are situated throughout the whole county with some located in remote rural locations, therefore due consideration should be given as to the dispersed nature of the properties. Conwy County Borough Council properties vary in age from period listed status through to new builds, with some being situated in conservation areas.

Conwy County Borough Council properties are situated throughout the whole county with some located in remote rural locations, therefore due consideration should be given as to the dispersed nature of the properties.
