Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitable Supplier(s) to supply and deliver a range of individual portion pre-wrapped ice cream and ice lolly products to its two theatre establishments. The supply will be for: - Lot 1: Ice Cream Tubs. Lot 2: Premium Ice Cream Lollies, Ice Cream Cones, Childrens Ice Cream Lollies and Ice Lolly Products. 2.1 Title

The supply will be for: -

Lot 1: Ice Cream Tubs.

Lot 2: Premium Ice Cream Lollies, Ice Cream Cones, Childrens Ice Cream Lollies and Ice Lolly Products.

15/02/2018 09:27	Question and Answer Please find below a question and answer in relation to this tender process: - Question: On Page 23 of 29, please can you clarify whether you are requesting a total annual price for Lot 1 and a total annual price for Lot 2, based on the volumes you have stated that you used over the stated period of time. As the individual unit selling prices for the products that we propose will have already been stated on the tender. Answer: The figures that should be quoted in the Appendix 1 Form of Tender are the accumulated unit costs from the applicable Lot Price Schedule tables, not an estimated annual cost. This is because we are unable to quantify how many of each product may be ordered going forwards so an overall Lot annual price would not applicable. For example, within Lot 1, if the unit cost was 10p for L1-1 and L1-2 and 12p for L1-3 and L1-4, the ‘Lot Total (to be carried forward to the Lot 1 section of Appendix 1 – Form of Tender)’ would be 44p for the Lot. The 44p figure would then be inserted in the Lot 1 section of the Appendix 1 Form of Tender.
