Abstract

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to appoint a consultant to conduct a midterm and a final evaluation to assess the impact and benefits of the LEADER programme in rural Carmarthenshire. Both evaluations are being commissioned Carmarthenshire County Council, on behalf of Grwp Cefn Gwlad Local Action Group who are the partnership with responsibility for the management of the LEADER programme in Carmarthenshire. This research project is being funded through the Rural Development Plan for Wales 2014-2020 which is funded by the Welsh Government and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

This research project is being funded through the Rural Development Plan for Wales 2014-2020 which is funded by the Welsh Government and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
