Abstract

Future Generations Commissioner for Wales is seeking to tender to provide planned preventive facilities management services for the office located on the 3rd floor of Market Chambers at St. Mary Street in Cardiff. Planned tasks include: - Maintenance of central heating boilers - Maintenance of air conditioning system - Maintenance of fire appliance - Maintenance of emergency lighting - Pest control - Water sampling & analysis - Water temperature monitoring - Hire, exchange or replacement units sanitary waste including waste transfer - Portable appliance testing - Security (key holding service) - Engineer’s monthly visit for general office maintenance
