Welsh Ministers is seeking a developer:
- To construct a Multi Storey Car Park (MSCP) for 278 cars on Plot A9 in accordance with planning consent 2018/1263/RES.
- On completion of its construction, to manage and operate the MSCP on Plot A9.
- To manage and operate the two permanent surface car parks on Plot C4(a) (41 spaces) and Plot F(a) (170 spaces) totalling 211 permanent surface car parking spaces. Welsh Government will construct these two permanent surface car parks in accordance with planning consents 2017/2480/FUL and 2017/2481/FUL.
- Prior to the completion of the two permanent surface car parks on Plot C4(a) and Plot F(a)) and the MSCP (Plot A9), to manage and operate all temporary surface car parks within the control of Welsh Government on the SA1 estate.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Welsh Ministers is seeking a developer:
