Abstract

To examine the previously completed feasibility work and carry out an updated feasibility study with options appraisal including outline costs to either change the existing building or demolish and develop the site for new housing: A minimum of 3 options along with outline costs will be prepared for use in Tai Calon’s internal options appraisal process. The Architect will be expected to lead the Professional Team in a manner to engender a spirit of mutual cooperation to successfully deliver the project. The Architect is to be a single entity and provide both Architectural and Cost Consultancy Services from RIBA Stage 0 through to Stage 3.
