This Auctioneer contract is classified as a Concession Contract whereby consideration is passing and all the risk is on the contractor who will have the right to auction goods. As such the value of this contract is BELOW the current concessionary contract threshold of 5.2 million Euros.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:

detailed in the Invitation to Tender documentation.

However Community Benefits will not be scored and evaluated as part of the tender process and therefore classified as a non core requirement. However if successful the winning bidder will be required to discuss the content of their Community Benefit Proposal and agree a plan for the delivery of the agreed Community Benefits: this will become a condition of the contract.
