Tender for Refurbishment Works at 48 Kingsway

Description of the goods or services required

The works at 48 Kingsway Swansea consist of a complete fit out of the current Ground floor and basement. This will include new electricity & gas supplies, heating system, electrical infrastructure, fire alarm. The works will also include new partition walls, flooring, doors, ceiling and sanitary fitting. A platform lift is also required.

Should tender returns prove to be above budget a VE exercise will take place.

Bidders will also need to confirm that they are able to complete the works within 14 weeks of the start of the Contract.
