Abstract

Barcud are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to carry out landscaping to the communal areas of land on its estates and sheltered schemes in the south of the county of Ceredigion. The 78 sites will be aggregated into two separate packages, contractors may tender for as many areas as they deem suitable to their capacity. The contract shall be for a performance not be deemed satisfactory
