Upgrade of Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting Works

As part of the Universities long term maintenance programme it has been identified that Glydwr, Talbot and Vivian Tower are in need of some upgrades to the existing Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm systems. This tender is for the completion of these works in line with the designs specified.

As the work will be carried out in occupied buildings the work will involve working closely with the stakeholders and ensuring the Health & Safety of the buildings for the duration of the project.
