This procurement exercise is being conducted on behalf of the Welsh Ministers (hereinafter referred to the “The Client”) to establish a contract to develop and implement a peer to peer support network for businesses. The aim of the 15 month contract is to deliver an executive-level peer support network for the founders/leaders of businesses with high growth potential who are located and operating in and around the Tech Valleys programme area in order to:

• Equip business leaders with improved knowledge, expertise and skills to enhance leadership capabilities; gain different perspectives; optimise decision making; overcome business challenges and improve resilience to help their businesses to innovate and grow.

• Assess the merit and feasibility of establishing longer-term peer to peer networks for businesses in order to support the objectives of the Tech Valleys programme.

• Better understand the challenges and opportunities facing high growth businesses in the South Wales Valleys to inform future policy development and service delivery.
