Abstract

We wish to engage with a suitably qualified supplier to deliver a series of webinars for food and drink owners in Wales focusing on business resilience and coaching businesses to adapt to periods of change. During 2020 we piloted webinars and one-to-one sessions supporting business owners and key personnel to be effective decision makers; but with the focus on wellbeing, providing tools and tips on different coping mechanisms during times of change. The aim of the sessions are to assist businesses to become more sustainable, to elevate performance within their workforces and to increase business profitability through mentoring and counselling.
