Abstract

An exciting opportunity arose for prospective operators to tender for a 10 year lease to operate the adventure golf course situated at Aberavon Seafront, Port Talbot, to include: - 12 hole mini adventure golf course - Ancillary serving kiosk for the sale of hot and cold refreshments for consumption on the premises to users of the golf course The Operator is required to enter into an operating agreement and lease with the Council for a period of ten years. Full details of the Council’s requirements in relation to the Operating Agreement and Lease were set out in the tender documentation.
