Abstract

The works are located on a rural road just outside a residential area referred locally as Colwyn Heights, in the town of Colwyn Bay. The works comprised of two main elements of work. The first section involves installing a new drainage system and installing a new headwall. The second element of works were to install new kerbing to designed levels to improve existing cross-falls within the area. The road construction works were to be carried out by others.
