SECTION 1 - INTRODUCTION

The City and County of Swansea (the Employer) intends to undertake External Wall Insulation and associated energy efficiency measures and selected External Repair Works to participating properties, in Sandfields, Swansea.

SECTION 2 - OUTLINE SCHEME DESCRIPTION

Scheme Description

External Wall Insulation and associated energy efficiency measures may include the application of an insulated render system, loft insulation, double glazed windows, composite doors, weatherboards and eaves / rainwater goods system.

External Repair works may include demolition of redundant chimney stacks, replacement of pitched roof coverings and in some cases roof timbers replacement, and flat roof coverings replacement.
