Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is seeking written quotations from suitability qualified and experienced planning or economic development and property consultants to undertake an Employment Land Review to support the Council’s Replacement Local Development Plan (LDP)

The Replacement LDP Preferred Strategy identified that provision should be made for up to 30 hectares of employment land in the Primary Growth area at the Hoover Strategic Regeneration Area, Goatmill Road and Ffos-y-fran.

The Employment Land Review evidence to be provided should comprise a comprehensive Property Market Assessment and Audit of Employment Sites.
