Fire safety and prevention works to be completed at six large properties within Linc Cymru Housing Association.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required
1% of the total contract value awarded to be added for Community benefit.
Works must be completed across all six properties by 31st March 2018.
We reserve the right to award based on individual properties and not the complete package.
A full tender package will be sent recorded delivery to interested tenderers.

A fundamental part of this tender is all works must be completed no later than 31st March 2018.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:
1% of the total value of the contract awarded will be required for Community Benefits
