Submissions should be sent by e-mail no later than 9:30 on Monday 29 January 2018, to gemma.bafico@lifescienceshubwales.com. ¿ There will not be an extension to the submission date. ¿ Potential suppliers are invited to submit a proposal in their preferred format in response to the ITT. For clarity, there is no submission template and no word / page limit. ¿ The quality and clarity of proposals received and its relevance to LSHW’s requirements will be taken as an indicator of the quality of work to be expected. ¿ Bids for more than one Lot can be addressed in one proposal. ¿ The proposal will be assessed against the Evaluation Criteria (Page 8). ¿ The specification for services is outlined under Section 2. ¿ Terms of supply/conditions of contract are outlined under Section 2. ¿ We are currently finalising our strategy and resource requirements for the next 12-18 months, so unable to confirm job roles or expected value for the life of the framework. We anticipate a requirement for entry level to director roles across a number of disciplines, including but not limited to marketing, research, procurement, project management and fund raising expertise in a health and care and/or industry context. In addition to several engagement managers to facilitate industry-health and care sector engagement. We are currently a team of ten and anticipate growing to c 30 over the next 12-18 months. ¿ Price will be evaluated as described under Evaluation Criteria and Annex 1 for each individual Lot. ¿ There is no provision for international nurses. For clarity, there is no provision for clinical / medical staff. Life Sciences Hub Wales Ltd is technically a business support agency. ¿ The total spend on recruitment in the last year is irrelevant.

It is clear that a prescribed method for submitting costs would be beneficial. Would all bidders please present costs as follows: Lot 1: Permanent / Fixed Term Contract / Interim Recruitment Please provide pricing as a percentage of the annual salary. Lot 2: Temporary Please provide pricing as an hourly fee. Please provide the standard terms of engagement as part of the bid submission. Lot 3: Executive Search Please provide pricing as a percentage of the annual salary. Rebate Period The rebate period of 6 months is set to reflect the company’s probation policy, and is therefore non-negotiable. The level of rebate (50%) would only apply if a suitable replacement could not be identified within an agreed period.
