Installation of a new Data Link

Bangor University requires a data link to be installed between its Normal Campus “Nantlle” building and the Botanical Gardens and sports complex at the Treborth site.

An existing underground duct will be used for part of the installation; this runs from the Nantlle building to the Menai Suspension Bridge. A new underground duct is required from the Menai Suspension Bridge to the buildings on the Treborth site, and this will be located partially on the A5 trunk road, partially on an un-adopted private road, and then on the University’s land.
