Abstract

The works will comprise the second phase of the proposed footway upgrading works between Llanrhos Road and Plas Penrhyn, Penrhyn Bay, in line with Active Travel Wales design guidance. The works will continue the construction of a 3m wide shared foot/cycle path to its junction with Plas Penrhyn, where a new raised crossing will also be provided to link the route to Penrhyn Bay Medical Centre and surrounding residential properties. Lighting improvements will also be provided as part of the works. Please refer to the tender documents for full details of the contract requirements.
