Conwy County Borough Council would like to invite expressions of interests from suitable organisations who are experienced and accredited to provide housing related support to deliver housing related support services to people who have substance misuse (drug and/or alcohol) related support needs and are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Council is looking to appoint one organisation to deliver supported accommodation services funded by the Housing Supported Grant (Supporting People) within a large 22 bedded property located in the Colwyn Bay area. The service required will include:
- housing management with the requirement to maintain responsibility for, adhere to and comply with all aspects of the lease agreement with the Housing Association and;
- flexible outcome focused housing related support tailored to meet increasingly complex needs associated with substance misuse and homelessness.
People supported will be assisted to progress towards independence by engaging with the services which will be relevant to their needs to help equip them with the skills for independent living and enabling them to take up opportunities in their area including employment, training and education.
Following completion of the procurement exercise, a contract will be issued to the successful Service Provider for the duration of five years and with an option to extend for up to four years.
