Revised Terms and Conditions
There have been revisions to some of the contract terms and conditions. The revised document is available to download from schedule 5 of the REVISED Invitation to Tender document. The changes are to clauses 6.1, 13.3 and 14. No other alterations have been made.

Delay in tender award
This tender opportunity is temporarily on hold. This is to allow time for the Council to consider the implications of the renewable and low carbon energy report for Monmouthshire which is due to be released by the end of March by the Carbon Trust. Further advice will be provided but this is unlikely before early April 2020.
