2.1 Title

Hafod Loan Facility Legal Documentation and Securitisation

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Hafod are intending to enter into a new loan with NatWest and to secure a number of properties as security for that loan.

Hafod are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced legal organisation to carry out support to the completion of loan documentation and securing of properties.

2.4 Total quantity or scope of tender

The successful Tenderer will be required to:

1. agree the final form of the loan and security documentation with NatWest and/or their advisers

2. provide a documentation report to the Hafod Housing Board, and if required, attend a Board or Committee meeting; and

3. prepare all relevant Board resolutions for the loan agreements together with any required officer’s certificates.

4. prepare a certificate of title and advise and deal with all issues arising regarding securing the properties.
