Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified supplier for a contract to provide a provision of service for public transport bus route 75 - Llandudno - Llanfairfechan - within the Conwy County boundaries for the next 2years. Conwy County Borough Council wish to invite tenders for the provision of a scheduled bus route, in accordance with the timetable options and the Specification document as attached. Subject to the successful completion of the procurement process, the Authority intends to award a public service contract to the successful supplier, under the general terms and conditions of the North Wales Regional Contract for Passenger Transport Services; but reserves the right not to award a contract if no suitable bids are received.

2 Contract Details

2.1 Title

Public Bus Route 75 - Llandudno to Llanfairfechan

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Conwy County Borough Council wish to invite tenders for the provision of a scheduled bus route, in accordance with the timetable options and the Specification document as attached.

Subject to the successful completion of the procurement process, the Authority intends to award a public service contract to the successful supplier, under the general terms and conditions of the North Wales Regional Contract for Passenger Transport Services; but reserves the right not to award a contract if no suitable bids are received.
