Hafod require an efficient, caring and speedy response for all alarms, lifeline, telecare, emergency response and co-ordinating an out of hours’ repairs service. The Service provision is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (though the provision of some elements of this service differ depending on their nature).
