Abstract

Procurement of Architectural services for the re-development and extension to the the Warden’s building at Holyhead Breakwater Country Park, Holyhead beyond the present RIBA stage 3 designs, initially through to Stage 4 (tender action) and then through to Stage 7 (completion and handover). Advise and design proposals up to RIBA stage 3 initially for the decarbonisation of the remaining buildings at the Country Park, namely the Café, Wildlife Trust Kiosk, Public Conveniences and storage buildings
