Description of the contract
Hywel Dda University Health board has awarded a tender requirement for the supply and installation of proposed LED Lighting Project at Bronglais General Hospital.
Proposed works, work to include:
The works shall comprise replacement of the existing internal and external lighting, typically comprising a direct replacement using energy efficient LED luminaires. The installations shall also comprise new associated lighting controls and new emergency lighting at the following Health Care sites:
Ceredigion (Bronglais General Hospital)
E08 – Block 1 Level 1 Lighting
E09 – Block 2 Level 2 Lighting
E10 – Block 2 Level 6 Lighting
E11 – Block 3 Level 1 Lighting
E14 – Block 1 Levels 0,1,2,3 & 4 Lighting
E15 – Block 2 Levels 0,1,2,3,4,5,6 & 7 Lighting
The works shall consist of the complete supply and delivery to site, installation, site testing, commissioning, making good any defects that occur during the defects liability period of 12 months following hand over, provision of record drawings and operation and maintenance documents, the whole of the labour, and all the materials necessary to form a complete installation (whether or not all the necessary components are indicated).
