Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the rewiring and EICRs of properties that Trivallis are unable to complete in house.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The rewire works are to be completed as a result of EICRs which have identified that these properties are in need of a rewire. The EICRs will be issued on an ad hoc basis for any that can not be completed in house by Trivallis

This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a suitable partner to deliver the required works. It is the intention of Trivallis to appoint a single supplier to deliver these works.

The contract will indicatively commence on the 1st April 2022, with a contract period of 3 years until March 31st 2025, with then an extension option available for a further 2 years (Split by 12 months + 12 Months) subject to contractor performance.
