Abstract
Engaging and listening to families in the Early Years
Priority 1: Establish what current engagement with families looks like across a number of key areas of the early years system in Merthyr Tydfil.
Priority 2: Establish how feedback from families is currently used to inform service planning and delivery and how this can be further developed to ensure that parents views are used to shape the services that affect them.
Priority 3: Develop an engagement plan for early years with a clear set of recommendations for how it can be achieved with associated timescales and resource implications
