Abstract

• Flintshire County Council (FCC) currently has approximately 7,250 council owned homes for which it rents to customers as a Social Landlord/Registered Provider RP). • There is a mix of homes, archetypes and tenures including Sheltered, Supported and general needs. • As part of the Welsh Government’s requirements under the Welsh Quality Housing Standards (WHQS), a full STAR survey is to be conducted by RPs to gauge Customer opinion and other standard information. • The last survey was undertaken on 2015 and, therefore, this is now needed to satisfy Welsh Government requirements Aims and Objectives of the Project • The main aim of the project is to procure and appoint a suitable provider to carry out this work as soon as possible; to ensure FCC meets it’s regulatory obligations. • The winning tenderer will be expected to meet the project brief and deliver the STAR survey to FCC tenants along with providing an excellent service to the council
