Description of the contract

The Design Team Lead will ensure all members of the Design Team are aware of the tasks and responsibilities attributed to them. They will maintain regular contact with all team members to ensure that any issues are identified with minimum delay and appropriate corrective action is taken where necessary.

The Conservation Accredited Architect will be responsible for identifying any surveys that are required, advising the Client’s representatives, writing the briefs and procuring them in line with Heritage Fund guidelines and overseeing them.
