Option to Extend Contract: The initial contract to be agreed upon between Sport Wales and the Supplier will look to include an option to extend of an additional 4 years, which can be exercised within the remaining 3-months of the initial contract. The option to extend will be exercised at Sport Wales’ discretion based on satisfactory performance by the Supplier and will be fully agreed upon between Sport Wales and Supplier for extension.
