Overview

Chwarae Teg requires a MS Dynamics CRM which is to be customised to enable the effective delivery of workflows services to the organisation.

The Tender

Key business imperatives driving the project are:-

• An easy to use solution that is completely integrated into Microsoft Outlook for email communication and activity management

• Provide an effective platform for the sharing of contacts and company information.

• Provide full functionality from contact information to account management at contract level support.

• Centralised data.

• The ability to store attachments against CRM records.

• A solution that is accessible to both office based and remote workers utilising mobile, tablet or laptop.

• The ability to automate reports and provide up to date management information via structured reports and dynamic spread sheets, to reduce admin time in preparing this information.

• A fully automated process to take a website enquiry through to acceptance on a course.

• Marketing integration (monthly e-shots and course update information).

• KPI’s for individuals, including relevant security controlled information for event organisation.

• Support for contact types (Agile Nation 2 project and Chwarae Teg) including multiple contacts types per record.

• Ability to track and report on progress against specific milestones for each client record.

• Integration with SharePoint.

Quotations should be inclusive of expenses and inclusive of VAT.

When applying for this engagement please ensure you include the following information:

• Outline and examples of experience regarding working with businesses to Build a bespoke CRM system

• If possible references from businesses you have worked with, failing that at least two client businesses that would be open to us contacting them for references

All applications will be scored against the following criteria using a scale of 1 to 5, (5 being the highest) following this a number of applicants will be invited for a short discussion / interview.

In priority order of:-

• Price

• Speed of Delivery of Project

• Experience in CRM build and deployment.
