Abstract
Arts Council of Wales has recently announced the launch of a Resilience Programme to assist members of Arts Portfolio Wales to achieve their full potential in these challenging times.
Arts Council of Wales is now seeking a facilitator(s) to run some initial group workshops with successful candidates (up to 67 organisations) in order to identify the main problems they are facing and what the next steps in their journey to becoming more resilient might be.

Total quantity or scope of tender
The total budget for the project, including travel, subsistence and materials is £15,000 (plus VAT where applicable). Workshop materials will need to be produced in bilingual format, the cost for which you will need to include in your proposal.
We require all the organisations to have competed workshops and be engaged in the next step of their resilience plans by the end of December 2016. Therefore the workshop reports will need to be prepared and agreed by the start of December 2016 and all pricing shall be fixed for that period.
