Description of the goods or services required

The Commissioners require advance notice of opportunities to influence key decision-makers such as Government Ministers, politicians in general, and timely awareness of how the Commissioners are perceived by politicians and what are the emerging challenges around both younger and older people in Wales.

In order to do this effectively, the Commissioners require a political monitoring service.

The service will provide two separate monitoring reports, one for each organisation, but will form a joint tender.
