Abstract

Produce a feasibility study to assess the various and potentially competing options for George Edwards Hall and Ebenezer Chapel, which are in the ownership of Cefn Mawr Community Council and Wrexham County Borough Council. Measure potential economic/social/environmental impacts of these uses within and on the community of Cefn Mawr. Provide a costed plan which will detail all options together with an assessment of their benefits/disbenefits for each building. Provide objective recommendations on the options for future use of the two buildings which will be presented to elected Members of both the Community Council and Wrexham County Borough Council.
