Data Protection and Confidentiality for EU funded project training

Description of the goods or services required

The successful contractor will design the agenda, final training plan and materials for the sessions and will have lead responsibility for the delivery of a three and a half hour training session covering the key components of data protection and confidentiality.

Total quantity or scope of tender

It is estimated that the full cost of this work will not exceed 2,275 GBP inclusive of VAT. Based on a cost of 325 GBP per session plus an additional 325 GBP to cover the development time of online resources.

This excludes travel, subsistence and accommodation costs incurred by the successful deliverer, which will be reimbursed in full by WCVA following the submission of an expenses claim form based on actual costs and in line with WCVA's own travel and subsistence policy.

Minimum standards and qualification required

The delivery of this work will require the trainer to sign and comply with the WCVA trainer’s agreement which can be found in Annex A. All terms of conditions of this agreement must be adhered to.
