The Hendre Group are seeking energy consultants to procure and manage the group's gas and electric contracts for it's housing stock (communal areas), care schemes and offices.

The Hendre group currently has 206 NHH monthly meters, 8 HH meters and 47 gas meters. These numbers are not static and will fluctuate in line with new acquisitions and construction developments.

In yearly group consumption is approx: Electric 4,000,000 KWH, Gas 10,000,00 KWH.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1 Minimum standards and qualification required

The successful energy consultancy must be able to provide the following services:-

* To provide a market tried and tailored strategy for the procurement of electric and gas which satisfies European procurement legislation.

* To manage the Hendre Group's portfolio including the management of new connections and disconnections.

* Invoice Validation and query resolution

* Provide advice on the installation of energy efficient systems and renewable energy schemes.

* Ensure that the Hendre Group is made aware of major changes in electric and gas industry as well as legislative programmes such as climate change bills
